I live in a country which has 1000$ per capita income per year . Windows 7 is priced 250 $ here which is ridiculous . It is like selling windows 7 for 5000 $ in US and 4500 euro in Europe . These are simple reasons I think why 1. The support for piracy is still very huge especially among the younger ones and hardcore consumers. 2. Companies can’t afford to setup stores selling their products around the world. So, pirates take advantage of that flaw and reproduce the products to a much cheaper price, affordable to those who earn little pay. 3.
