Question on Copyright Law?

Weekly offers at GamersGate

I need to start this web page for a class project, and I need to put in a couple videos of Penn and Teller’s videos on it as part of the project. The catch is my professor is incredibly strict on Copyright Law. He will take one look at it, and if he finds anything the even remotely violates it, he will fail the project. So I gotta know, how to put up these Penn and Teller videos without breaking the law. Playing it safe here.

You can use up to 10% or 3 minutes (whichever is less) of a copyrighted video without permission under fair use, so long as you include a bibliography saying where it came from.
