I have to do a public service announcement over the radio station over music piracy, and I have a simple question, what are some good topics I could bring up for a 30-60 second PSA? And, more importantly, approximately what percentage of North America’s downloaded music is pirated?

You may want to consider comparing piracy to another type of theft. For example: what if 40% of Americans were driving stolen cars? Would this be wrong? Well, stealing music is the same as stealing anything else. That’s an idea, anyway. And this percentage you’re looking for. . .please have a better source than Yahoo answers.
I suggest you go to http://boingboing.net/ where they keep constant track of this subject. (They don’t agree that it is a problem.)
