Say if download every song and every movie out there and make loads of cracks for ms software that u give away for free on p2p and bittorent then get a knock on the door. Are these people police, customs or what? Also by law do you have to let them in if they dont have a warrant?

in uk, the crown prosecution service handles criminal cases like piracy. writs/warrants are necessary prior to any inspections.
